The Root to Reach™ workshop changed my approach to business in a way that made me feel almost immediately more prepared to tackle change and growth. It introduced new approaches to scaling that I hadn’t thought about before. I was surprised how easily the framework could be applied to my specific business.
The Root to Reach™ framework helped me discover new ways to manage my day-to-day operations as well as gave me the tools I will need for future scaling opportunities. I can easily see our growth opportunities with the new tools I gained. I now feel equipped to tackle creating new services, growing our service locations, or further expanding our scope.
